Katie Burke was referred to me by RealtyPlus. Because I was a first time homebuyer, Katie treated this experience like she was buying her own home. She has vast knowledge of the areas in Virginia. Her ten plus years of experience are right on display every time she communicates. Very timely and professional. She's the realtor you need when selling or buying real estate. She is excellent.

Katie was very involved and communicative during the entire selling process. We appreciated how she coordinated necessary house repairs, inspections, etc., since we had already moved out of state. Katie offered sound advice when it came to negotiations. We knew we were in good hands to get the sale completed!

Her persistence and determination to make this VA assumable Loan transaction go though was AWESOME (she was, but not the mortgage company- stay farrrr away from LOANCARE!!! ) She worked diligently with the other agent for 9 months to ensure we got what we want for our home. Even though the process took forever Katie stayed by our side even taking the lead when we were consistently harassed by our HOA. Katies work ethic and kind heart was so appreciated during this process. She was so dedicated that even when she was in the Hospital, she was negotiating and sending updates. Katie is awesome. She helped us buy the home then helped us sale the house 18 months later. Katie developed a terrific game plan to sell the house then gave us suggestions on how much we would be able to sell the house for. When the initial appraisal came back it was much lower than our listing price. Katie behind the scenes spoke to the individual who appraised the house supervisor showed the proper comps for the area and then supervisor instructed the appraiser change the figure to our asking price.
